I think we need to decide how much gold we should donate per person to the guild towards mats and pots and such. I have been selling some plans and stuff that have been in the ah for months and that has helped alot. I was thinking around 10g per person per week every monday. What do you guys think.

That may be fine for you rich folk, but us po folks probably couldn't handle that.

That sounds good to me for now...
But maybe we can adjust some raid loot policies for guild raids... Like the shards go to the bank for money (or guild paid for enchants) or something. We could do this for the UBRS/LBRS raids.
Also a list of materials needed for major mana pots, health pots, etc. so we can farm and donate to the bank also.
Now I'm a leatherworking skinner, so i don't contribute much to the farming, but a UBRS yields a bunch of black DS which sells for some good cash. So this could be an alternative to just straight up donations.

Yes that is a good idea too and we really need to stock up on those tiems.
